Family Pediatric HomeCare
offers skilled nursing care to children whose condition and recovery will be better served in a loving home environment. Our
nurses are also available to accompany children to school when appropriate.
Family Pediatric HomeCare provides the following services:
24-hour-a-day, seven day-a-week availability
for all aspects of care.
Skilled nursing care provided by RNs and LPNs
with pediatric training.

Family
Pediatric HomeCare also provides Physical Therapists, Occupational
Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists and Home Health Aides.
Family Pediatric HomeCare's Case Managers work with the family, insurance case manager, hospital discharge planner, school district and
private physician as well as pediatric specialists throughout the discharge planning process.
Home visits by a pediatric nursing supervisor
to evaluate and coordinate the care provided by our nurses.
